depends on where you get it filled really, 40 to 100 bucks. Seen it a lot cheaper but thats with the friend discount. ^_^

yup, can only give a generalized cost over a forum because oddly enough we all live in different states and country's ^_- but you would think a broad price range would give a person a hint just to call about it
