yeah you do have some more thinking to do...but that’s a good thing don't just rush into something. Cus you could spend all this money and be very unhappy with yourself. Just do a lot of research be4 you build/buy or w/e

you can do it to the f series engines. The make good power with stock internals...f series are pretty tough

The 3k hks/greddy kit will have all the bells and whistles, including your fmu and usually some sort of ems... Those cheep ebay kits may say they have a max psi of 25, but they are pretty much lying to you... They all come with cheapazz parts, including pos chinese turbos that require turbo timers and what not... If you have the money, get the good stuff... If you buy the cheap stuff you will end up replacing or upgrading most of the parts overtime, so it will save you money to buy the good kit...

But what about high octane gas plus octane boosters to meet the high compression of a turbo h22?

I guess it would still depend on the compression and how high it actually is, but I'm throwing this out there to see if it's even remotely a valid idea.
Octane boosters are a joke, As most of them only boost your octane by 1 or 2 points at max... Running a higher octane gas would help, but to be effective you would need to run 101 octane or higher, and most of those are leaded fuels, and not good for FI vehicles... You would also need to adjust your tune for your fuel, and not to mention the cost of those high octane fuels, Water methanol and 91 octane gas would be your best bet...

Not even sure if the water/meth injection will be worth it on a stock engine. I have only seen them on high HP boosted engines that run high boost.

IF you run race gas then you can boost...but not sure how mich boost you can run. But are you gonnaspend 8bucks a gal or more??
Water methanol injection kits can be purchased for as low as 185.99... They are very efficient, and very helpfull... W/m kits only use the w/m under boost, so you will not have to get a higher octane fuel, as the w/m mix can be adjusted for adjusted octane...

Where you find full kits for that price?? I have been looking at the AEM ones but haven’t searched any farther than that b/c I'm not sure if I want it or not.
I like all the features AEM has lot's off good safety one at that.

Yah, im loving the aem components on my new car...Lol...Except for the standalone, because learning the software and how to tune is very strenuas... Yes, you can get cheaper brands for 185.99... I purchased my last one for 200 dollars at my local dyno shop about a year ago for my stang... The only problem i had with my kit, was that one of the lines that came with it was pretty cheap, and sprung a leak after about 3 months... But replaced with new hose and clamp and was good to go...

Alternative-HP is a nice cheap brand that has everything included...

you could also probably build your own kit, just as cheap as you could buy one of those...
