*blinks* what places did talk to? If it was just basic muffler shops, they generally dont do turbo installs, and I probably wouldnt trust them to do it either. Dont you have any performance shops that do that sort of work?

have you got the turbo yet? on the hot side there is a flat area where you need to hook up basically a special manifold to it. that manifold is the link between the turbo and the exhaust. you install the turbo with the downpipe then drive it to a muffler shop and they will weld the exhaust to the downpipe.

i got the turbo and the exhaust manifold i dun have a downpipe to connect it to the exhaust so basically is that if i put the turbo and the manifold up there wont b any piping to guide it down to the exhaust system ...

you can make a fake down pipe out of PVC piping (maybe some electrical PVC piping and use a heat gun to make the bends - just be sure to use the same size piping and get the flange posistions correct) and then bring it to an exhaust shop to make it out of the real piping.
Otherwise, you can search ebay for down pipes or google it. If that doesn't work, you'll need to leave it to a shop and either run open turbo (i wouldn't do that for a very far distance) or get a tow.
I found a used downpipe for an accord on ebay and modified it for my use. I had to reweld some things but it worked fine.
