I've been looking EVERYWHERE for a turbocharger for my car and can't seem to find it anywhere.. anyone know where?

 

well, when i get enough money for a turbo i am gonna have mine custom made and tuned by this shop called Adrenaline Autosports and they sepcialize in custom turbos and superchargers. they are insane, they put a 93mm turbo in a 02 mustang (give or take a year) and the intercooler takes up the whole passenger seat. its crazy. should cost around $5500 tuned but add installation...you should look into a custom one.

 

I know its been done on the newer V6's already. Search the net for it. All you really need is an adapter plate from your exhaust manifold to whatever turbo you'll be using.

 

it's been done before. I heard about a guy, Logan, who turbo'd his 7th gen v6. It costs roughly around 5.5k-6k with custom work.

Custom turbo eh? Well.. I live in Northern Virginia and I don't know any shops that do that.. Where can I get that done around here?? hopefully someone knows..

the downpipe hangs way too low when you put it on your car.

 

thats a turbo XS system. theyre a top turbo name. looks like a decent system to me.

Here's the problem w/ that -

There is no intercooler piping, no oil lines, BOV, wastegate, plus whatever else. Also, if its on ebay, it is not usually a "good" brand. Those pics aren't from the seller, they're from a member of V6P that bought their kit and then customized it to actually fit and work. It's not a bad place to start but its hardly what one would call a complete or good kit.
