if you enter the intersection (pass the stop bar)on yellow,it shouldnot beconsidered a violation.if anyone needs any references to shove down the throat of an over zealous law enforcement officer, let me know.

The only problem is that if you go to fight it, the cop is going to say that you didn't make the light or that you floored it and blew through it. The judge is going to believe the cop over you and you wind up with some kind of ticket (careless, wreckless, failure to obey traffic signals, etc.). When I got my last tint ticket, the cop told me that any kind of license plate frame is illegal in NJ and that my radar detector is an obstruction of view! I asked him how it is illegal to have the license plate frames when every new car that leaves a dealership has them. His reply was that his doesn't.

it all depends on how the violation is written. if it says he entered on yellow, then he has an excellent case. if it says he entered on red, he is SOL.

i have a 35% in the front and 5% in the back, so i doubt it's that bad huh..

xtinec, you should be fine because your 5% in the back probably makes your front windows look not tinted at all. but isn't it hard to see at night through the 5% windows? i just got 15% all around, so cops can easily tell my tint apart from my factory 100% tint. rofl, not too happy about that part. but it still looks great!

accords own, hahaha. yeah true.. it is really hard to see at night especially. sometimes i don even look at the rearview mirror at all. wahhaha =P
but i still do worry whenever i see the cops, so i'd try to wind down my windows at night, well in a way to save gas too. ahahhaha. it looks good tho, 5% in the back and 35% in front. tho there's like a pretty big difference between e two of them in the day time. i wanted to get 20% in the front, but i was being cowardly =P and was afraid i might get caught, so i got a 35% instead.

they did a study and found out that keeping your windows up with the A/C on full saves more gas then rolling all your windows down with no A/C. i guess the having the windows downchanges the aerodynamics, so the car has to work harder to move foward.

seriously? i think i tend to have higher mileage when i roll down my windows when i go locally, well if you're talking about keeping windows up to save gas, i think it's only usable on the freeway due to the wind resistance.
