Default Electric car kicks butt

This is one fast car:

Couple the speed with the simplicity of an electric vehicle and you've got a winner in more ways than one.

That is incredible. "Instant torque" - that thing killed that M3 haha. The only thing is: It's not loud enough!!!

If you thought that Datsun was something, here's a big, comfortable sedan that can do over 300 km/hr (200 mph) and easily outruns a new Porsche 911:

Now this is a car I'd buy in an instant, if it were close to $30K.

I'll stick with my engines that run on dinosaurs. Not only are they faster, but they help warm up the planet.

Don't worry, Big Oil and Big Business are well-represented in the hallowed halls of Congress and that big white place on Pennsylvania Avenue.

The oil-dependent auto industry is getting a Rocky-Mountain-High pile of future-taxpayers' money that's going to keep that big dinosaur walking (and the Arabs smiling) all the way to the(ir) government-owned-and-operated banks.

Realize it or not, there's a whole new government-knows-best world out there, folks.

pure electric is not as good as petrol powered yet. The hydrogen electric cars such as the FCX are pretty much as good as gas for daily drivers. The electric sports cars just are not reliable or practical yet though.
