that video is still biased, the fact that he spun out is enough evidence for that. Especially with the claim of a professional driver in the car.
Then the example of power was the most retarded thing ive ever seen. It has a 6 speed tranny... of course its going to start off slow as hell going at a low speed compared to something that wont go faster then 110 to begin with.
Dont get me wrong, I think its a beautifully designed car. And if it comes to america it will be a great **** off your friends kind of car.
But you have to keep in mind the comparison is turbo vs n/a. You can get close to 500 hp out of most 4 cyl engines when you build it up and turbo it. Will it corner like the evo 8 and lambo, not unless its an awd and has a tuned suspension. AND you can get all that work done for less then the high end evo 8.
In the end, if i were given either one I would gladly take them, BUT if i were given a lambo I would sell it buy the evo 8 and spend the extra money on something else. After all the evo gets better gas mileage.

hmm..i thought that the lambo was rwd..my mistake...

while the lambo is powerful, it is also heavy...i dont think that their point was that the evo will outrun the lambo, but considering the price, it is very competitive...

well... the price really isnt competitive...... cause the engine is a 4 cyl, not a v12 and the turbo thats on the evo doesnt even cost 1300. Its competitive pricing cause its the only 4 cyl thats manufactured "stock" that fast

 

Personally, I still like WRX STI's more than any of the Evos. Has anybody ever seen the Subaru WRX STI ESX? Man.. they're crazy cars. If the Evo8 can keep up with the lambo, then I bet my accord that the STI ESX can do better than that.
