yes it can be done, h and f series(minus f20c and f22c) are very similar engines. F22Bs actually have iron sleeves stock, unlike the H series, which is a big advantage when it comes to forged pistons. as for the gains, not all too much.........cant change the fact that the F22b2 has less than 9:1 compression stock, so its not a monster stock.

And i'm not a turbo guru, but i hear non vtec heads are better for turbo applications, or at least easier to tune. wheres the pic falkore? lol

What picture would that be? My coupe used to be bordeaux red, but is now Fiji Blue Pearl.

FRM has less friction so it can rev higher ..... that's why it was used in the H22 and also the F2(0/2)C motors. F20c is running a 9200rpm redline stock!!! FRM is fine for NA, but it can't take boost. Iron is better for boost.

I got home at 9:45 last night .... maybe I'll take a pic or 2 this weekend .... if I have time.
