Don't get too happy folks..OPEC just annouced they are shutting off the tap to artificially raise the cost of a barrel of oil.
The only saving grace is that the Saudis have stepped away from OPEC and will produce at capacity.

And don't forget the oil companies will come out in January with price increases due to fuel oil demand; the annual statement;

'We had no idea people would want fuel oil when it got cold out'.

They have no idea it gets cold in the winter....yeah riiiiiight.

I agree with the above. It's the economy driving the oil producers to lower the prices since people started to either sit at home or car pool. As soon as everybody starts driving everywhere again, the prices will shoot back up.

On a good note for me: I filled up at Kroger in Brandon MS last night for $18.44 for 14.42 gallons! I paid $1.27/gallon! I haven't seen prices this low since the late 90's. The prices did spike back up last weekend, but they went back down a bit again.
