grrr prevoius owners
My car was started to stink and whenever i'd turn on the air con and there would be a whining noise. I figured it was time to replace the cabin filter. When I got down to the filters the bottom one was inverted and didn't seem to be seated in there correctly! It was a bugger to take out. Now no whining noise and no stinky smell =)
Grr to previous owners who do things wrong and make things difficult for the next owner = p
Anyways, have a good easter folks. I'll be working = (

RE: grrr prevoius owners
i totally understand the previous owner gripe. I love my Accord, but the previous owner scratched the crap out of the car. The rear passanger window has a huge scratch in it, the front bumper has a deep scratch in it, and the headliner is dirty. I want to know what they were doing while they were driving to get the head liner dirty? Anyway ckebottle i commiserate with ya.
Also on the tech shop side, my mother has a 99' camry and a while back she was taking it to an auto shop to get all the routen stuff done on it, oil change tire rotation, stuff like that. So one day she brings it back and i needed to borrow it for the day. (i may not have had my car at the time, its hard to imagine my life without my accord) Anyway i get back from running my errands and i told her that it felt like the car had more horse power, but she needed to get her brakes done because they were squeeking. Turns out my mom sent the car in to get the brakes done and they removed the air filter didnt put one back in charged her for a new one, didnt change the brakes and chared her for that too! Not a week later the garage was borded up and the owner skipped town. Jerk!
