RE: Have you guys seen these?
So they are trying the natural gas thing again? Didn't they learn their lesson when that flopped back in the 60's or 70's? (Whenever the heck they tried it)
Where are you going to go for a refill? The gas company? That is retarded. What a waste of engineering efforts. mark my words, as long as we live, there will never be a fuel that outsells or replaces gasoline. These environmentalists need te get over it and drill for oil in Alaska where we have a ton of it. Or pull all of the troops out of Iraq, then nuke the place, and drill for oil through glass.

Actually the alternative fuel issue is being mis-directed intentionally by our own oil-rich government elected officials. We have a $h!+ ton of corn, but they insist on limiting deisel motors and push ethanol. Corn oil makes bio-deisel, not ethanol!!!! Then we have the highest tarrifs on sugar in the world and we embargo Cuba who is the largest producer! The taxes make it not economical to produce ethanol from import and it's production from corn is not efficient.
For alternative fuel to work, there needs to be 2 simple changes. We as a country need to promote bio-deisel and the government has to change the suger taxes so that we can import it cheaply for use as ethanol fuel for Flex Fuel vehicles and a future wave of ethanol specific engines.
This is kinda similar to how our government outlawed marijuana to protect the cotton industry, but they say it was done as a health concern. Who does the sugar tax help?
