ok, ok... first, and intake is a tubethru which the air travels towardsthe engine. the header is located in the engine side (u have 2) and the gasses pass thru it into the exhaust, the exhaust eliminated the gasses. ur car is soch (single over head cam). vtech works at high rpms (can't remember when - starts around 4500-4800). it does a few things: it holds open the intake and exhaust valves longer, so more air can come in, so it also injects more gas onto the engine. (search inyoutube for a video explanation about vtech)... i think that's some basic info u should know... if i got something wrong plz correct me anyone... and one more thing about vTech (i've been told about this, im NOT SURE IF IT'S TRUE, is that it gives higher oil pressure to the cams to work better or "spin easier")
