OK people, here we go!!! This is a Honda Accord Forum, so lets hear it!!! What does everyone think about the Accord, it's looks, it's performance, it's fuel economy, it's reliability, and most of all, the VALUE!!! Would anyone here ever buy one again???

 

i love my car i would def buy one again. i want a TSX type-s

 

Yeah I want an 06' V6 6 speed, thats the only thing I wish my car came with (6 speed)

 

I've had 2 accords (as you can tell) plus the TL and the Civic.

Wouldn't buy anything else.

 

I think that the Accord is a good car for what it is, a family sedan. It does have a good amount of power but the handeling isn't that good. My mom has a 97 Accord LX w/ a I4 engine. I like the fact that when i floor it, it pulls a lot harder than my civic. But when i get to a turn, the civic still handles way better. The interior is pretty good for the price range and ride is pretty good as well. The only thing i don't like is the handling. I haven't driven any of the newer accords, so i don't know if they handle any better. I'm pretty big on power/handling because i don't think a car is worth buying unless it is fun to drive. The whole luxury thing isn't at all appealing to me.

 

I totally agree with you.. the Accord's from like 90' - 01' handle like schoolbus with 2 flat tires. I have a 99' and i love the way it accelerates and it's really smooth ride, but it don't handle. That will be changing very soon though for my car, KYB GR-2 Struts and DropZone Springs.

 

The answer is a yes, yes, and yes, 06' v6 6speed ^_^ that car is yummy ^_^

 

This is my first Honda and I'm very pleased with it. I would buy another without question.

 

I have to admit, if I want to really modify a car it's not going to be a Honda. But as for the reliability and the overall "fun to drive" aspect, I would buy another Honda any day of the week.
