How many miles does your accord have??

175+k on mt 1999 Accord EX 5MT. Just passed emissions 7-17-20. Runs fine. I just heard no manual transmissions will be available in future Accord sedans. If I won the lottery a new Accord Sport sedan with a manual transmission would be one of my choices. Now if I win, I'll need to look for a leftover 2020.
This 21 year old car hardly shows any signs of wear on the interior. Some discoloration of the upholstery, but hardly any noticeable wear. Everything works except the rear passenger door lock, it usually won't go up all the way when unlocking remotely. I did have the brake and fuel lines replaced. Whatever they use to treat roads in the winter here in Conn. is very corrosive. The shop makes their own lines, don't recall the material but it won't corrode like the OEM's. With the 5 speed manual it's not unusual to exceed the EPA ratings. Last calculation resulted in 28.2 MPG. That's with about 30% highway driving. The EPA highway rating is 28. I don't regret buying this car which will be 2 years ago in September.
