I need to get rid of my lincoln

I need to get rid of my lincoln
I've got a 1998 Lincoln Town Car Signature Touring. It's got 230K on the odometer. Basically, right now, it barely runs. It's not in a condition where someone would just buy it and drive away. I really need to get rid of it.
The Good:
Imitation Roof
Black woodtrim
Factory Dual Exhaust
16" Factory Chrome Rims
Transmission still runs strong
Oil changed once a month until about 170K miles, and then every 5K after that
The Bad:
Needs a new paintjob
Needs a new hood
Wipers don't work
Engine makes a banging noise now
Seats are torn and dirty
A spark plug has blown out of the engine(repaired)
Moonroof doesn't work
Driver window doesn't work
Driver side mirror doesn't work
Rear air suspension was retrofitted with a regular Ford Crown Vic suspension
It has a rebuild title
This car was driven daily until about July 2007 when I bought my Honda. The Bluebook value on this $4500 for one in good condition. I know there is no way I will even get $1000. To try and fix it up would cost thousands more than the value. I'm not sure how much a junkyard will give me, and I don't think donating it is worth it. I think the only person who would buy this is a Lincoln enthusiast(not many out there). the banging noise started all of a sudden after the winter ended(it wasn't driven, I just started it) I have no idea what to do. I really need some suggestions. I also don't have much extra cash to fix up anything either. I'm in the North Jersey area, so if any of you guys/girls know anyone in the area that buys cars like these please let me know. Thanks

RE: I need to get rid of my lincoln
Depending on the junk yard and the vehicle condition I think it's usually like $50-$200 and they haul it away.... It's different in different areas but that's what it is around here...
