Yeah, you are definitely right. I have heard that you lose 20% of the power right there (with automatic trans). I will definitely learn. I was reading when I did a Google search and under Yahoo Autos someone reviewed their Mustang as good, the only problem they felt is the vibration in the shifter.

Yeah, I completely agree with you. I have had this urge for a while, as I have met a few Mustang enthusiasts. It really isn't a Ford in my opinion, its a completely different brand. I have test driven both automatics. One time was a 96 a few years back and also a few years back was a 2005 I believe or 2006. The 96 wasn't GT though, you got to go the GT with the V8 in it.

Another plus is you canget a super loud exhaust and not look like an @$$ with a coffee can muffler on a 4cyl.
IMO the only super loud exhausts should be on V8 cars or motorcycles. Anything else just sounds like it's trying to be a V8.

Yeah, I remember I used to be so against those 4 cylinders (especially Civics) with loud exhausts on them. I would like either a light blue mustang or a dark blue. Red isn't bad either, not a big yellow fan though.
