OK so I got a call from the body shop... they told me they did damage to the door, and it'd be Tuesday before they get it back to me (it's wednesday now)...
He seemed overly helpful, so at the time it kept my temper cool...
But after thinking about it, I started wondering... why is my car going to take another 3 working days to fix? for a dent he said??? nooooo.. that's bs..
so i drive down there, and I drop a load when i see the door look like this:

I let him have it... badly... as Falkore mentioned offline to me, he did more f*&@#$*ing damage than my friend did!!!
He said the'll replace the skin of the door, and warranty it for life.. I told him to wash, buff, and wax my car as well and he said he'll talk to his manager...
that **** better fix it up good or i'll have his *** as a new hood ornament...
i'm so pissed right now i can't see straight.. i'm gunna go get intoxicated

Sorry for the profanity, I tried to keep it minimal, but I think it helps express my frustration and relief at critical moments.
I live in Texas, and down here Service King (www.serviceking.com) is the name-brand body shop around town.
This place SUCKS.. I refuse to do business with them ever again, and I'm seeking legal action any way I can...
I will now fully elaborate on the entire scenario.
There were plenty of discussions over the phone and in person that I will not go into great detail, but I did a damn good fair share of bitching people out and telling people what was on my mind.
Chapter 1: Bringin' 'er in
When my friend hit me, we decided to take it to Service King to get everything taken care of. Initially when showing up, it took over 2 hours to get a rental car, and for them to check in my car. Most of this was waiting for someone to help me, even though they had called me 4 times in advance to find the exact time I'd be showing up to make sure I was handled properly. Obviously this was a waste of both of our time since NO ONE was there to help. Finally it was in the shop, and I was happy to get it all fixed since I just did my mods in the last 30 days. To clarify the damage, the bumper was cracked, and the tip of my GReddy SP2 was scratched and gouged immensely.
Chapter 2: You did WHAT to my car?
So 2-3 days pass by in the shop, and I keep up to date by looking at the daily pictures they take of my car. Since the guy at SK was useless, he never called and this was my best estimate to the progress. Lo and behold what do I see? A huge odd shape in my front door. I call up and find out they ran a Volvo into the passenger door. Man was I pissed.
I originally asked for the entire door shell to be replaced, but of course they wanted off without many charges -- so all they did was replace the outer skin of the door. At the time I didn't notice any other damages because my mind and eyes were affixed to the 1.5x1.5 foot dent in my door.
Chapter 3: Finally Done.... Or is it?
I get a call saying my car is done, so I am excited and take off work to go get the car.. I was soooooo tired of this crappy Kia rental they shoved me in (due to ThanksGiving the good cars were taken) and missed my new suspension and intake/exhaust setups. So I get there, and find that the exhaust wasn't even TOUCHED.. it still had the "check-in marker" all over it showing there were scratches on it. The bumper looked like it was mended really well (fused) and painted pretty well; but the fact that someone wiped it with a 5yr old wipe-up cloth (covered in old paint and oils) totally ****ed that up by leaving TONS of scratches on my bumper, trunk, and left smudges everywhere. Not only that, but the door they hit was sticking out by almost a quarter inch -- clearly not shutting the entire way.. What IDIOTS!!!!!!! At this point I'm yelling at the guy telling him to replace the door shell, replace the exhaust and to redo the bumper. Finally, he agrees to do the above. I also argued and begged for them to set up and do something nice like polish my car and/or take out the minor scratches here and there.. Nothing major, maybe $20-40 of cost on their end for putting me out over 3 weeks for a 4 hour job.
Chapter 4: Fixed again.... Or is it... again...
So this time the shop replaces the door shell, and ordered the exhaust, and polishes my car. Ok... I'm there.. It's dark... And I'm so ready to get my car and leave this hell hole... The exhaust they originally ordered was on back order at the store they purchased it from, so they had to re-order and thus delayed the delivery. The door shell however was replaced.... ****tily... Here's the list of problems I found over the next week:
[ul][*] The 5mo old weather stripping was ripped all down the side[*] The door didn't align properly STILL[*] There were MORE scratches on my handle[*] The inside paneling was put together by a 2 or 3 yr old.. It rattles like mad when listening to music or going over bumps.[*] The inside door handle wasn't even functional[*] The rip in the stripping and gap in the door caused leaking (and it was raining like MAAAAD during these days too, and it leaked a LOT on the inside of the car; luckily no damage)[*] The bumper was loose, and rattles on the back, and according to the "shop master" at SK was being hit by my exhaust (which it didn't do for the 40 days prior to my accident).[*] The exhaust STILL WASN'T REPLACED[*] And lastly they didn't even wax my car at all.

Being irate, I yell at the guy again, but he's telling me he can't approve any more work unless the store manager says it's ok.. Which, btw, he was supposed to have been there everytime I went out there under a request I've fulfilled via email, phone, and letter to him personally and got confirmation from him. Yet, the chicken **** never showed up!
So I take my car pissed, expecting to get all those issues taken care of when the exhaust came in.
Chapter 5: Can I get my **** fixed pretty pretty please?
So my exhaust comes in, FINALLY.. 2.5 weeks after they "ordered" it (I called the company they ordered it from and they had placed the order 3 days prior to arrival, lying bastards). So I go to show up at 7.30am when the shop opens, and ask to talk to the manager... After waiting for another hour for him to "get out of meetings" (during the time I had seen him standing around talking to people, on the phone, and generally dicking around) I start getting uppity and inquire why I'm still waiting.. FINALLY the guy comes out and looks at my car.
He decides it's good to tell me the following:
[ul][*] Your Bumper noise is strictly from the exhaust (even though you can tap the bumper with your hand between it and the exhaust and still get the noise to come out)[*] Your exhaust was not made for this vehicle (which i think we all know is complete bull****)[*] The door is aligned perfectly.. The minor imperfection is to divert and lessen wind noise while on the road (WHAT!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!??!? !?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!)[*] I can **** off and never come back (of course this was after I told him my pubes had more sense than he did).

So that's what I did... Well, this was really my only option since he went back to the store and locked the door on me..... Childish *****...
I took his name, and store number, and went home furious... He's lucky he didn't die that day.
Chapter 6: Who the **** runs this place?
I can't find information about SK -ANYWHERE-... There's an 800 number on their site, but it's some stupid customer care number where they tell me their hands are tied and I have to take it up with the store itself.. What kind of ****ing customer care is that?! They also don't have a legal dept, no HR dept, no insurance info (from when they hit my car, i wanted their liability policy number), etc. I'm looking for a lawyer.
On the offhand, I was trying to get full coverage and some modification insurance on the ride for situations like this, but couldn't do so until after this situation. Well, my agent called
me asking if I was interested, and told her the scenario.. She was flabberghasted, and decided to help out (thank you Kelly!!!!!) She happened to personally know the person titled "Operations Analyst" for the Dallas area.. YAY!!! I HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OF A REAL PERSON!!!! There's a bunch of other stuff that went down during this 2.5 week time frame

First of all....contact the Better Business Bureau. Explain to them.
Contact a lawyer. I kind of doubt any lawyer will take your case though cause there is no money in it for him. Unless you:
Contact a local news station and explain the story to them. if they refuse to air your troubles, contact another one until someone agrees to puplish/air it on tv. A lawyer might take it if you do that since there could be some good PR in it for him/her.
talk to a lawyer about suing the fireman who punched you.
And finally:
I'm sorry to tell you this but I got a huge laugh out of this story. Very amusing. But it sucks I admit. This sounds like something that should be in a comedymovie.
