Well, we sent them a certified letter about 3 weeks ago after taking the car back to them for "an inspection". We have not heard from them since, and have no idea where the car is located. Luckily for us, when my wife took the car back to the dealership, she video taped everything. We have tried to contact them several times, and the person we are supposed to talk to "just stepped out" conveiniently each time and won't call us back. We called small claims court, they won't take it because it's over $4000. Now we have to hire an attorney and take it to court. We have since also filed with the Attorney General. We'll see what happens......

Got any "Gogetum" TV reporters on a local station there? Sometimes they can make things happen quicker that the law can.

Yeah, there is a news team in KC that is called "problem solvers". We have contacted them, but haven't heard back yet. We got a call from the bank about the first payment two days after it was due. I made it clear to her that we had no intention of making any payments. Of Course, we got the "we will have to take appropriate action" from them. I told them to do what they needed to, but that I had no idea where the car was at.....the last time I saw it the car was at the dealer. I think I actually heard a little pee come out when I told her thatcause she pissed herself!!!

WOOO HOOOO!!!! Our attorney called today and said the owner of the dealership called and wants to settle. The offer he gave was to pay off the loan and correct our credit, but not pay any of our money back. We countered with the loan and half of the money back and the AGREED. IT'S FINALLY OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now we just have to see what the attorney fees are! Kinda Scared
