Default new laws SOPA & PIPA

Think about it,,,,you post an ad on craigslist for a set of 'craftsman' wrenches. Craigslist could be shut down for that post, yet at the same time.,..murdock newspaper will take that ad if you PAY for it and be exempt from the law they are PAYING to have the law passed.

These laws need to be stopped ASAP, before they shut off Hondaaccordfourm.com

Hmmmm, change the terminolgy to confuse the masses??
With ACTA any censor anywhere in the world can shut down any website anywhere in the world. AGAIN with no oversight !!
And again it has poorly written rules/gudelines.
So if I type honda on this website, a japaneese censor could claim 'trademark' infringment and shut off Accord Forums. I'm wondering which religion will win out in the censorship battle.
"believe as I believe or I'll shut off your websites" ha ha ha ha ha

The premise that pirate video and music will cause the financial demise of the entertainment industry just doesn't hold water. Studies I've read on both sides of the issue indicate less than 1/10 of a percent.
They spend more than that on post production parties.
Big money in hollywood will continue to try shoving their beliefs down your throat.

Should all Wal-marts have FBI agents out front to search people for shop lifting?

The Murdock empire is in the fight so you would have to PAY for ads in their newspapers, and low and behold 'trademark' names would be okay to use all of a sudden. Go figure !
But no more Ebay, Craigslist, eBid, etc.
Yet consider the woo to any politician that does not bend the knee to them. The printer can flame anybody that won't agree with them.
