RE: New Years Resolutions 2008
Sounds good!!! I miss BW3!!!! I had one across the street one year at school and nobody's ever heard of them in northern Jersey!!! I used to live on the quarter wings and 50 cent legs when I was a broke college kid. We'd go there and fill up the fridge for the next few days!!!!

Yeah they came out a few years ago. I think the Mango Habanero is one of the newest. I think it is only one notch down from their "Blazin'" sauce. I love hot stuff though. i've had the blazin before. My opinion of it was "It's hot, but I've had much hotter before"
The Mango Habanero is painfully delicious!

Sounds awesome ...... I'd need a handful of Tums afterwards though, but I'd still be game. My favorite there was the Spicy garlic, but not great for a date ..... or if you plan on having a date that week, j/k. You're making me hungry and it's only 10:30 and I ate breakfast today!!! DAMN YOU!!!!

Haha I'm about to warm up meal of the day #2. The one good thing about eating during the day is: all of the women around me who are in this competition have to smell my food, which makes them hungry. I do everything home made. Today I'm having turkey chili over a small baked potato. Of course, without any salt, the flavor lacks a little. To me,it smells better than it tastes. So the womenare all like"Wow that smells good. Now I'm hungry." The office kitchen has tons of free junk food in the cabinets!! muahahaha

Hey Jon ..... here's a bit of inspiration ...... with a lot of perspiration. I hit a few goals today at the gym. Level 10 of 20 on the eliptical: 3 miles in 25 minutes, the last 10 minutes at 175-180 steps per minute, final steady heartrate 176, heartrate after 1 minute of cooldown - 150, heartrate after 2 minutes of cooldown - 120
That is the highest that I've been able to maintain my heartrate. Also, I don't stop my cooldown until my pulse drops to 120 or below, minimum of 2 minutes. It takes me 3 minutes to get up to 160 steps per minute and 5 to be fully warmed up.
