Default Parting out the Accord...

So I'm parting out my old Accord, it's literally stripped down and I'm thinking about keeping the engine... is there any reason why I shouldn't keep the F22 and rebuild it? It's something I would love to do and it's sitting there for free. I just don't know what I would do with it when I'm done... I was going to put it in the del Sol I was going to buy but now I'm buying a 1999 Accord so downgrading in displacement seems stupid to me. What are your thoughts?

If you can't use it, sell it!

Or, just keep it and use it to learn more about engines. You could practice doing the timing belt change and other numerous things.

Done the timing belt change, survived. I really want to get into internals like resleeving, pistons, etc. so I will at least know what I'm looking at when I do it in the future.
