The infamous "catface" when someone is passed out drunk (draw on them with a sharpie.) Once I took a sharpie and made my roommate's face look like a skull. I even colored in his eyelids and places on his lips (to make it look like teeth)black.
When the rest of the guys in the fraternity house saw it, they took a picture, then proceeded to color in the spots I left untouched. Including the insides of his ears.
The funny thing was, his smoking hot younger sister was in town that weekend. I'm not sure if she saw it or not.

 

A good highschool prank:
Pour bags of quickcrete on the practice football field when there is supposed to be a light rain.

We once put one of the huge bullfrogs you dissect in biology class in a toilet in the girls' bathroom.

 

Kevin .... he eats cereal you said?!? hmmmm .... a little lemon or lime juice will curdle the milk when it hits ..... or you could throw clear gelatin in the cereal so it turns to gel with milk

snot on the doorknob

nair in his shampoo

mix salt into his aftershave

non-hardening duct sealer on his towel

silicone caulk in the towel, but it has to be done when he's in the shower or close to it

brake fluid on his hood, roof and trunk

here's a simple one .... tie his shoes together and throw them up into the tree outside his window

 

Here's one of the best ones I can remember:
My buddies' (twins) dad is an eye surgeon. When he was in med school a group of his friends proceeded to go out and get drunk. One of them passed out super sloppy drunk. One of them had the key to the medical supply room. They proceeded to put their passed out victim in a self-hardening full body cast. When the full body cast hardedned, they transported him via van to his mother's house. Theywoke him up and rang the doorbell and ran. When he woke up and realized he couldn't move, he wastotally freaked andcrapped himself inside the body cast. Then his mom opened the door....

I saw this vid on the internet where these guys filled like 20 trash bags with popcorn and filled this dudes dorm room with popcorn. it was great.

for the senior prank two years ago at my hs, some kids stole the keys that open up all the locks on the lockers, and moved everyones lock down 4 lockers. it was great. they all got a 3 day suspension and wernt allowed to go to the graduation ceremony.

last year was pretty dumb tho. They took a tarp and made a slip-n-slide in the hallway. It would have been funny, but they got the administrators permission first. wtf!

 

take apart the door ****, make sure you flip it so the screws to dis-assemble it are facing into the hallway, remove the piece that goes through the latch and allows it to open, or just round it out so it doesn't work but you still get the same "action" from the door ****. when he goes in his room, simply close the door, viola! rat in a cage.

 

then start on the railroad ties and the cement!!!
