I can't believe I didn't think of this. I eat tons of spicy foods. I currently have a bunch of habanero and tepin(rumored to be hotter than habanero's - mexicans call them "gringo killers")peppers in my freezer.
Find some habaneros or tepins. Aren't you in Puerto Rico? If so they should be easy to find.

you may want to use a milder birds eye chilli or a good Jalepeno pepper, getting something to hot can be an issue.... you have to make sure that you have the laxative prune juice in the fridge that looks like soda, set it right in front of everything so it's super visible... either that or get some regular coke and add some laxative to it....
The chocolate/almond roca one happened to my friend once and he can't eat or hardly look at almond roca to this day...

If your roomate has a computer direct all the shortcuts on his desktop to different **** sites, you could also infect it with tons of spyware. Or just reinstal windows, i always hate it when i have to do that cause all my settings are lost and i have to go through the entire process over again. Takes me a few weeks to get back to normal. Also, take a dump in his car, i imagine its still hot there in PR. that stuff should fester in the heat, always worth a good laugh.

good old fashioned itching powder in his bead might be a nice topper!
How familiar are you with computers? I may know a way to get around the fingerprint but you'll need some basic computer knowledge to modify his desktop from a foreign login...

wow! that horrible Sir_Nasty! i do have a lax around, my buddy made a prank to a friend and put lax on his soda... poor guy, that night he had a date and had to cancel!!! (my buddy didn't knew that)

when he's not arround as the computer starts up tap the F8 key, boot into safemode and you should have access to the administrator login, people usually forget to password that one.... from there you can go to "C:\Documents and Settings\<whatever his logon name is>\Desktop" and modify his icons from there...
