Well the Xterra is my dad's so there wouldn't really be money involved. And yeah it's 4WD, and suffers above 70-75. But it's standard and a truck.

seeing as you are fighting for the truck, you obviously made your decision...

But I'll say my 6banger Accord doesn't lack for torque, I can spin the tires down low (until TCS kicks in) like anyone else...

Well I'm just concerned. Because maybe I could do work to the Accord to fix the only stuff I don't like about it, that being the appearance and torque.
