I felt that smoking a cigarette once I got back would only get me light headed and after the 2 weeks I lost the urge anyway. But I also felt that if I smoked that 1 blunt i'd get blasted and it'd be great. lol My problem is I've smoked everyday for too many years. I find it hard to think of a day that I haven't and those days were because I was probably on vacation. And I relate the pot smoking with the driving like a person having a cigarette after drinking or taking a **** and pissing.. I don't drink becauseI like driving way too much. I can smoke and be a much safer driver thana drunk driver. I don't encourage it as a substitute to drinking but...yeah...cigarettes are bad.

Enough pot before bed and I'm knocking out. Now that I think about it I've had a clip on my ear for the last half hour

Lol I love falling asleep with the bowl in my hand. Then I wake up after tumbling it around for hours and nothing fell out, then spark it again and good back to sleep.

If you were outside, you should've swiped it out of her mouth and thrown it on the ground, then shred it with your foot. It would prove a point, make her think next time before lighting up in front of you and also, her face would be priceless!
Nahh....quitting is up to her. I'm not going to turn into one of those complete jerks who used to smoke a lot and are terrible to people who still smoke. I can't stand it when former smokers act like that. Once I quit for good, I know she will quit too.

I'm not saying anything about her smoking or quitting, but I think it's pretty rude for a smoker to light up in front of someone that they know is trying to quit .... even if it is your wife.

Yeah I do. I'm a total ***[sm=guilty.gif]
My mentality at that time was something along the lines of this: She would always bring up wanting to have a baby when i was drunk. then she would pester the crap out of me about it for hours on end. Finally one night I was REALLY wasted and she conned me into saying I was OK with it if she got off bith control since all the nurses she worked with all said "Even after you get off birth control it will probably take 6 months or so to get pregnant." She stopped taking birth control. I had forgotten about the conversation we had when I was wasted. She was pregnant within one week. So I looked at it like this: She wanted the baby..I wasn't ready yet and she knew it.
Was I truly ready for a baby? Absolutely not
Do I regret her getting pregnant in the slightest bit? Absolutely not
We will probably do a bit more planning before baby #2.
After baby #2 gets here....it's vasectomy time. Unless the doc has to do a c-section to get baby #2 out...then it will be tubes tied time.

Yeah of course, she wants me to have to get the vasectomy instead of her getting her tubes tied. Since she is always the one that has to go to the hospital or doctor when I just "implant my seed" and step back and watch(haha I wish it was that easy!) She figures I should have to get operated on for once. I just don't know how comfortable I am with that. Although I do know of a lady my mom worked with that got pregnant after she had her tubes tied. So maybe vasectomy is the way to go.
