Me and the other person on the drivers side were fine, just cuts and bruises. The two in the passenger didn't do so well. The impact was so hard the passenger front seat was only inches from touching the drivers seat. The girl in the passenger in the rear was in the hospital for 3 months with a ruptured aorta, ruptured bladder, broken pelvis, two spinal compressions, and a big gash on her side. She's suing the dump truck company as it was the dump trucks fault. Everything in my car except for my HIDs and my subs and amps were totaled. My airtank and compressor for my train horn got crushed and ruptured on impact, now that was LOUD, speakers in the doors obviously gone, in dash cracked and ripped off in my rage, xbox got crushed between the seats, and my carbon fiber dash crushed. I lost a lot of crap, and my insurance didn't give me any extra money for it. I got 21K form the insurance company, it did have 73k miles on it though. And it still could have been worse. If the dump truck didn't pin me down with its weight I would have flipped, and I was going 45mph.

Yeah I'd sue... I wish that I had known 5 years ago when I was in an accident what I know now.... As far as what the insurance company gave you for the truck since it was their insurance paying I would have fought that one with an attorney for quite some time....

Damn, t00fatt, that dump truck devastated your ride. I cant believe that anyone sitting on the passenger side of your Suburban survived that. That is insane. Where did you get that pic, it looks like it was taken from a helicopter or something?

Yeah it was on the news, so I got it off their site. I was in an ambulance getting checked out when the towed it away to my friend's house. I couldn't put it in front of my house for some reason that I forget now, I think they were doing something in my neighborhood or something. They took it there until the insurance company came and towed it away. The next day I got a call at 8 in the morning form the insurance company saying a tow truck was on the way. And I never wake up before 10 lol. So I rushed over there and tried to take all my crap out of the car, I didn't even get to finish. I left the grill, clear corner lenses, and all the cables. So I didn't have time to take pix, which I really regret b.c I loved that truck. It was my first, since I was like 7 I wanted a suburban, and my parents got me one on my 16th birthday.

The two on the passenger side weren't wearing there seatbelts so they flew when the door hit them. The girl in the back got thrown into the third row of seats behind her.
