I like it even tho it doesn't look like an accord. Gotta remember tho its a new style. I personally like the front bc it looks like a badboy. My only gripe about it is that the back looks like a half *** job, control panel looks ugly bc it's so wide and its so heavy. Other than that i like it.

Honda's sales are increasing but I don't think that car is doing them any favors... perhaps we all have issues with it because we're die hard accord guys (for the most part) so we've come to expect the accord to look/feel a certain way and this style looks so far off from any of the traditional looks. It may do well in getting the attention of people who haven't previously owned an accord but I don't forsee to many prior owners trading theirs in for it...

That being said, I really like the new Accords, and from what Ive seen so far, would rather have one of the 08's as opposed to my '07. They look "tougher" and a little more sporty. So I think other people like me will like them as well and while the Accord fans will likely stick with them, the new more muscular look will draw in newcomers.

well, if it's sporty you want, don't buy an 08. I've driven Camrys, Altimas, and the Accord has always been more nimble handling and felt more tossable, rev happy. But these new models are overweight and don't have any of the agility I've always liked about the Accord. They may "look" sportier, but it's deceptive.
