Thanks for the reply. We think it is very nice. Semi-tropical year round, lime tree in the back yard, orange groves everywhere, and the beach is only 30 minutes away.

 

hell yea i love the beach. i try to go out to san diego as much as possible. lime tree? **** thats a corona commercial waiting to happen lol
