Whats your gas mileage?
Hey Hey Hey
I had my headers and exhaust put on a few weeks ago and havent really had a chance to go on a long trip and check out the gas mileage. I got a new o2 sensor in the manifold (Bosch) and usually I smell a little gas when I first start it up and then every once in a great while when its warm. Plus I only got about 300 miles from full to a little over half way between 1/4 and empty. Is that decent? I didnt drive very hard and had about half town driving and going 60 mph. How about the other 96-97 Accords?

RE: Whats your gas mileage?
I've been getting about 22 mpg when I keep off the gas in town. highway mileage is still fine (28+ mpg @ Speeds >= 70 ). Keep in mind this is with turbo so it's not as great as a non turbo accord but it's not bad like a V8 or my girl's jeep which gets 250 miles per tank!

RE: Whats your gas mileage?
Those all sound pretty decent But I only got 300 miles from full until the needle was half way between empty and 1/4. So if I were getting 24 mpg that means I would have 4 1/2 gallons of gas left. Im starting to think my gas mileage has gone to poo for some reason.

You can't judge MPG by how far you went on a tank. You've got to fill up and divide the miles traveled by the gallons used, having started with a full tank in the first place.
For instance if you traveled 300 miles and it took 10 gallons to fill up (tank was full to begin with), that's 30 MPG.
