So true! I dislike hyundai just because they seem to copy honda styling. I pretty much respect everything else. I'm a fan of cars in general, and honda is just what is right for me at this time.

 

Nissan owners hate on Hondas. A lot. They forget Nissan overrates their engines like crazy.

 

Mazda and Mitsubishi, not so much. Toyota owners are very calm and collected. Figures since the company has gone soft (discontinued Supra, Celica, MR-2, sporty sedans, etc.).

 

It's always fun to see a CL-S put a 350z in its place though. Z drivers **** me off because they are so cocky and full of crap.

 

This whole thing is funny. Saab owners hate my 9²x - they say its not a REAL Saab. Some of them werent even alive when I bought my first Saab.

I detailed the lady I work for, moms Saab. I think it is a 97'ish and had a 7 in its name? Anyways, I took it for a test drive and that thing MOVES. I didnt mean to spin the tires....I wonder what psi the turbo is putting out.

 

Number 9 is the common theme for Saab (theres some history for that...)

It would have to be 900, 9000, 9^3, or 9^5.
The Saab 9^7 is a rebadged Chevy Trailblazer that wasnt around back then.

The lightest stock Honda that I can think of was the CRX. It was about 1800 lbs. The only thing that I can think of that might be lighter was the 3 cyl Geo Metro ..... maybe a Ford Festiva.


LOL @ Yota's gone soft! My tC is faster than any stock 4 cyl accord up to 8th gen. Also, I smoke civics all the time. My buddy thinks mt tC is faster (0-60) than his EP3 SI with an SRI and EVO2, but we haven't run them side by side yet. AND ..... my motor was built for a 10psi supercharger (post-design, they slowed down the blower to 7 psi).


Question of the day: Is it Honda or Toyota that is making cars specifically for tuners to modify?

Tut tut tut. Techincally, tC is Scion, not Toyota. Scion is specially marketed towards the tuners and youth alike. Although Toyota makes Scions, look at the Toyota lineup. I bet if Honda make a "scion" sub-market, people will be running towards it. Luckily or unluckily, the Civic covers that department.
