$40 for carbon fiber insert and H4 halogens (also fits 99'
coupe?) to 35503?

I am interested in

-1998-2000: Type-R style front lip by SPW. Same - reinforced plastic. $40 (plus shipping).

if it would fit a 99 LX sedan? and also is it already factory white? or is that just the color of the plastic?
