Hi Honda enthusiasts,

Up for sale is my 99 honda accord Ex-V6 coupe automatic with 134k miles, selling for $5K, i bought this car in sept 2005 from a private seller in Delaware, he really took care of it, did all the oil changes with royal purple and it was always garage kept, he did not even negotiate with me that's how much he cared for the car.

After buying it i noticed the car slipping into 2nd gear, i had the entire transmission rebuild which cost me more the $2000, i have the receipt for it(i think), later on the alternator stopped working and i installed a new one from Meineke(i think i have the receipt for that too).

Other then that:
- Since i got it, i do the oil changes myself every 4000-5000 miles with Castrol anti-sludge oil and always use Fram oil filters
- it has a K&N air filter
- the car has always been serviced at a honda dealer whenever it has needed one(because i have been doing the oil changes and other DIY myself)
- i just changed the brake pads 2-3 weeks ago
- it does 21.33 mi city(the reason i am so precise is because i calculate the mileage every full tank)
- 28.67 highway
- the car has 134k miles on it now and there isnt any problem with it.

Reason for selling:
i got married in jan and now i need a 4 door, the coupe isnt practical for me anymore, i will not entertain too much of a low-ball offer, i am in no hurry to sell the car, it still is fantastic to drive and i enjoy driving it, it has the power and fuel efficiency.

Incidents: AND NOT ACCIDENTS, IT HAS A CLEAN TITLE
1. the title is clean, 2-3 years back it was raining very heavily in NJ and i was parking the car, and there was water running over an open drain, which obviously i did not know as the flow was quite heavy, so the front left under side of the bumper got scratched, nothing major
2. In VA a year or 2 ago i was reversing in a mall and there was a lady who did not see my car coming out and touched the left driver side of the rear bumper, so it has some paint chipped off
3. an year ago at my cousins house a garbage truck from Waste management scratched the left rear side of the car, since it was early in the morning and everyone was asleep i wasn't able to prove it that the incident was their fault, hence, i could not claim anything on it.

i will attach the pictures of the above 3 incidents tomorrow..THE MECHANICAL CONDITION OF THE CAR IS PRISTINE'....AND IT IS COMPLETE STOCK, Price $5000 OBO, its a steal at this price, the maintenance costs of the car on avg per year for me are less then $200, thats how well kept the car is....
