Try craigslist, you can usually find a set of steelies with snow tires or something on them pretty cheap. I doubt you'll find a steel wheel for less than $25/ea. Junk yards sell them for about $50/ea.

 

Well, I am looking at Craigslist (and have a wanted post there). Up here in Maine, 15 bucks is a common private-sale price for a steel wheel...I have just not yet found a set close enough. Most junk yards here seem to want 30.

Time is on my side as my studded set will not be coming off for a while.

 

Ya might get 4 temp spares for that price..even that would be stretchin it for 15.00 a piece.
