the story:

I was being stupid and pushed it really hard in the mountains. I was about 3/4 down the hill, which is pretty long. by this time, my (crappy) tires were hot and greasy. i came around a corner about 55, hit a bump, the front end smacked down just before a tight kink, and i understeered. I tried to brake alittle, but it was too late. I hit going around 50-53. The air bags went off, and i had a great laugh(literally, i was rofl for some odd reason). if anyone in the san jose area wants that upper front strut bar dirt cheap, thats SLIGHTLY bent(nothing alittle mucsle cant handle), let me know and you can come pick it up.

heres my new ride:

ya man, no one wanted it. i ended up selling to honda heaven (a local honda/acura only junk yard) for $350. of course, i went around the car and took whatever i could. i think i also have a semi new alternator for your guy's cars.

Dude .... that really sucks!!! Looks like a great road on the video ...... the pictures didn't link right and I'm too lazy to copy and paste all of them. Sorry to hear about your ride.

you know you would think after already experiencing a near accident at the turn before yous cool it a little. or maybe thats just my over precautious self.

haha, i was trying to beat my time form the start of the road to finish, which was 6 minutes. after i hit, and got to the bottom of the hill(i had to put on the spare to get SOME clearance between the wheel and the rear of the wheel well, but still had major rubbing) my time was WAAAYYYY over 6 min i think.
