accord/prelude suspension
Ihave a 95 accord coupe and i was wondering if the 92-96 prelude strut and spring setup is compatible with my car? I saw someone post this before like a year ago but no responces so im just seeing if i can get a respose this time.

RE: accord/prelude suspension
This isn't going to be a ton of help but I'll say it anyway. What is it about the prelude setup vs. accord setup that you want/like so much? Chances are it's not going to work since the prelude weighs less (generally speaking) than the accord so your spring rates are going to be different

RE: accord/prelude suspension
Well i was looking at the prelude suspension because i want my car to ride lower and also to maintain a great ride quality. people are telling me if i get aftermarket struts and springs that i would just dislike the ride quality since i use my accord as a daliy driver. Overall i just want a lowered car at a great comfort level i just figured the prelude suspension would be a good option for that if it will work on my car. If i dont do that im thinking of tokico struts and tein h or stech springs. Does anyone think that setup will be of good ride quality? I live in chicago and the streets here suck so i am being very picky of what setup i want and just trying to find what would be the best.

RE: accord/prelude suspension
why just do shocks and go the cheap way, then yes you will get a horrible ride. Just spend the 1000 dollars and get a decent setup the ride will not be that bad, i am guessing you don't strut tower bars, or anything to tie the car together do you?
