what's the difference?
benifits?
pros and cons of both?

...... are you doing a research paper or something? Because you are asking a lot of stuff that is easily obtainable on a google search.

adjustable gives you different compression rates of the shock, ie a smother or bumpier ride depending on if you increase the or decrease the compression rate higher compression stiffer ride, lower compression some shocks will be comparible to stock

non adjustable you cant change it... it stays the same...... hence non adjustable
