We can then get away nameing you ( Cheap, Cheap, and that would be a Negative Thing )
Ive never honestly seen a cheap set of Coil-overs or springs, so I wouldnt worry about the out come of such a set..

remeber that if you only do lowering springs, your car will be a bouncy ball over the bumps. The stock dampers are probably worn out and weren't designed for the stiffer spring rates of the lowering springs.

if you simply put on lowering springs and use your stock shocks you are going to blow them out fairly quickly because they will be riding in a compressed state almost the whole time... Your shocks will blow/leak fairly quickly... As far as cheap springs, if you want to do it anyway, Bomz makes an adjustable coilover kit that you can find all over e-bay for dirt cheap...
Can it be done? yes, have people done it before? yes, will people keep doing it? yes, should they be doing it? no... it will work for a short period of time but eventually it's going to take our your shocks, your ride quality is going to suck and cornering might be a tad bit better unless there is a bump in the corner then it's going to kick you out of that cornering groove hard...
My suggestion: don't do it, save up a few hundred dollars and get something good.

For exactly $499, I got a set of brand new KYB AGX and a set of Eibach Prokit on E-bay including Shipping. Only problem is the Eibach may still leave alot of ugly gap since it only lowers the car 1.2", but then the car will be easier to live with when winter comes around. Also the 1.2' drop maynot effect my camber too much to need expensive camber kits which will save hundreds on tire wear.
The place is call performance parts store. Most of the reviews are good, but slow shipping seems to be majority of the complaints, so I'll find out soon how long it takes to get mine. Good luck!!
