springs or coilovers?

RE: springs or coilovers?
Coilovers definately...coilovers are adjustable and you can adjust them to your liking. New springs stiffen your ride...which basically nullifies the Accord's smooth ride.
Problem with coilovers is that you have to be very VERY precise in your tuning, whether it be lowering or raising the car. A little unbalance results in grinding and that's never good.

when you do suspension setups, it's never cheap. if you lower it, you need to check whether you have a proper alignament, if you dont you need to get camber kits or get your car aligned ever so often. Then you will realize that if you lower it too much, you need new shocks/struts. so you are looking at a grand total of about 800+ depending on which coilovers you want. I have groundcontrol coilovers and I love it. But the prices on these are high.

get coilovers... Ground Control w/ Eibach springs are really good... i rolled with that set up in my civic for 8 years... really easy to adjust... i think the range was 1" to 4" drop... i also had some Tokico blue shocks...
regular springs are a waste of money...
