Squeak noise from front left corner
I have a '95 EX (4Dr) I had this bad squeaking noise from my front left corner whenever I drove on rough surfaces. It went away when I had the front brakes replaced but it's back. It comes and goes. It's weird but it seems to be affected by the weather. I can here it at a stop or when I exit the car, the squeak is coming from the font left corner.
Has snyone had this problem, what could be the source of this squeak and how can I make it go away.
thanks

Probably a worn strut, like Jim would say: can you duplicate the noise when bouncing that corner? If yes try spraying some wd-40 on all the bushings of your suspension arms, not on the bushing but at the ends so that some stuff gets to the screws. Try bouncing again see if it takes it away.
Then again, more than likely it's the top strut mount. If removing the strut, mark up the location in the spindle/hub so you install it back the same exact way/location - will save you a wheel alignment.

If it squeaks by turning the steering while stopped, then you can have someone do that while you get near the wheel. You want to pinpoint the location of the noise.
If it's a balljoint, you should deal with it soon. You don't want to find out what happens if it comes apart while driving.

Good info with turning the wheel noise. That points again to the strut top mount.
I believe the ball joints have hard plastic/teflon halves around the steel ball, and I would not expect a squeak there.
But since anything is possible, when removing the strut you can check for ball joint play, bushings, etc - it's actually recommended to inspect everything then.
