too good to be true?

RE: too good to be true?
the springs/coilovers on ebay will work (sort of) but they won't give you the performace or the tuning of others (unless they are name brand like : AEM, H&R, Skunk2, Greddy etc.) the biggest issue you'll run into is that some of them give you a threaded sleve that goes over your shock vs. a threaded shock. The sleve theory works but not as well. Also, if you get a cheap set and keep your stock shocks you're going to blow your shocks because you will be driving around like your car is under full compression so when you hit a bump it's going ot get bouncy (this applies to braking somewhat too)... Long story short, save the money, if you buy them you're going to be buying shocks and struts fairly soon after that, get some decent springs and some shocks/struts for a few hundred more...
