What kind of suspension is best for drifting?

well for one the coilovers you can adjust to the height you like it vs. springs after they settle that’s all you get. Also you want to get struts and springs that match. Full coilover sets ups are done like that. The springs mated with the struts so they are meant to work 2geather. For the price your better off with a full coilover set up also. By the time you buy good struts and springs your gonna be in the 500-600 price range. So why not get the real deal that is meant to work with each other?...the F&F type 1s for your gen accord are like 600bucks or so. Good price for a good street set up.

other things to consider:
twin tube vs. mono tube construction - mono is more expensive but less noisy - more reliable.
height adjustment - you don't want height adjustments to sacrifice suspension travel (at least be adjustable). compare how height is adjusted and how the damper and spring will behave at your desired height. obviously, you want to consider suspension travel so you don't bottom out or constantly ride on the bump stops.
when you lower you need to check camber - and adjusters are $150 each wheel. I found some K-Sport adjustable mono-tube coilovers with front camber adjustment built-in (helps justify the extra cost). add alignments into the budget as well.
