Hi Folks, I'm planning on getting a new set of Rims and Tires next spring and am doing some research. I'm trying not to waste money so let me break down what would be an ideal situation for me.

I'm going to need winter tires, so I want to use the stock 17 inch Rims and put some winter tires on there (save on steelies)

I want to put the 18'HFP rims (offered for the Civic Si) on this car
- has anyone done this already? If so, is it a straight installation or do you have to do anything extra to get there on there? I really like the look of the rims and would love to be able to get them on there.

Just put 18 HFP to yours.What else?

 

Check the bolt pattern and offset to make suretheymatch your car (don't want the wheels to hit your calipers or something). Use a tire size calculator to make sure you get the right size tire so your speedometer works right.
