Default 18's on an 06 Accord SE

Hey guys, ive had my accord for almost a year now and i think its time to make it stand out.

Ive got an 06 Royal Blue Pearl 4 cylinder Special Edition. I'm thinking of black rims with a chrome lip, but i don't know if i can go 18's or not?

Right now ive got the stock 16" alloy wheels on there, same as the EX. Would 18's be too big? Or should i just go 17's and be safe? If anyone could let me know the lug pattern and all that i need to know to make sure the rims fit on my car?

u can do 18's if u want but it wont ride the same. ive seen acura's with 20's on them. i have 17in BSA rims and 225/45ZR Yokohama tires. i kinda wish i would of went 18's so it would fill up the wheel well alittle better without having to lower it. here is a pic of the black on blue cuz i have the same blue as u.

it looks better in person

When I bought my car it had the 17s that are still on it. For the longest time I wanted to go up to 18s, but after riding in an 01 Accord with 18s, I decided not to. I decided Im just going to stick with 17s, I roll the same size tires as 02Blue, 225/45/17s, and my ride quality is really good. Of course, I havent lowered it yet either lol.

ok i havean 05 accord exl w/acura tl wheels (17's) with 245 45 17...they are exactly the same as the 205 60 16, height wise. they do scrap alittle but not at all anymore, but i def dont ride with anyone else otherwise serious and i do mean serious rubbing.
