Default 1995 accord 18" rims

I have a 1995 accord ex, and i wanted to put a set of 18" rims on it. I can see above the back stock 15" rims and tires that there is a control arm on both sides that comes very close to the tires and was wondering what effect this will have on bigger rims and tires. If I get these wheels, it seems like they will most definitely rub, but i dont want to buy them unless there is some way to keep them frombeing stopped frombeing put on bythe control arm. Also, can 7.5" wide rims and tires fit on 1995 accords?

Hello Member Ksaluki:
Welcome to the forums and here is an answer to your question from experience.
You can put on a 18" x 7.25" rim but not a 7.5" rim..your ET should be no different than say +40mm and the tires no bigger than 22535R18"...Now with this size rim and tire , you most deffinatly will have to ROLL the Front and Rear Fenders...now do you really want to go that LARGE

There is no such thing as a 18 x 7.25 rim, and 225/40 will fit without rolling the fenders. You want an ET of +48-+45....+42 will be pushing it.
