I would go to your local tire dealer or even their websites to get an idea of the tire you will need.

My recommendation would be to just go out and get some H rated P205/60R16 wheels. I think you'll like them and I know they won't do any damage to your car.

I only wanted a V rated tire so that I could take my car on a strip and try to max it out but I doubt I might do that soon so I think I'm gonna take your advice and go with the H rated tire but I have been looking at the Yokohama Avid Envigors which have pretty good reviews and come in H and V ratings.

Well your top speed is around 125 I think so you'll be able to top it out unless you've done some beefy engine mods. Yokohamas are good tires and looking up reviews for those it sounds like they're a good tire!

did you know going from a v to an h rated could change your stoping distance at highway speeds by 10 ft or better. at 70 + mph thats alot when you consider it. its not a way for you to buy a more expensive tire. honda designd these cars for a v rated tire not an h changing it changes handeling breaking an ride comfort. stick with OEM your better off

I've been shopping for tires myself , my requirements are a bit different than yours with wet traction #1 , #2 tire life . I have the Avids and personally I hate the Yokohama's , wet traction especially off the line in rain , snow or ice is lame. Both Accords I've owned came with them and I got maybe 45K out of them. Sears is got some BFG Advantage TA's 205 60R 16 H rated for 60K @ $96.00 ea , set of 4 out the door with road hazard $502.00 + from Sept 11 - 24th BFG will give you a $50.00 rebate on the set. I've had good luck with BFG's over the years especially wearing well. There are other BFG's that would better fit your criteria I'm sure.
I'm looking seriously at Hankook's 727's at about $5.00 more with a 100K rating , been seeing good reviews on these, not likley going to fill the bill for great cornering but traction , noise and wear I think I'm going to try a set out .

Good post Peli, the tire shops always say you can go up in speed ratings but to never go down in speed ratings..and don't forget about TPMS's..they have to be considered also...
