Default Just Checking wheel size

Hi there.
I put an offer in on a set of winter tires mounted to rims from a 1997 Accord 4cyl and I wanted to ask if 97's are the same pattern and offset as on my 1998 accord 4cyl. I am pretty sure that they are, the tire size is the same. But before I plunk down some cash. I wanted a second opinion.
Thanks in advance.

Here is a picture if the rims and tires for sale.

The bolt circle & offset will be good.

Not sure, but it may be that some 1997 cars had 14" wheels? If those are 14" then I bet they won't clear your front brakes. (You said it's the same tire size, so I guess they won't be 14")

Update.
I did purchase the used wheels and tires. I got 4 wheels with the Blizzak tires mounted, and 2 spare alloy wheels + some other stuff for a bargain. the seller didn't have the car anymore.
The tires are 185/65r15 not the 195/65r15 original size, and 2 of them didn't have weights on them so I had them re-balanced. The difference in tire size doesn't seem to matter.
They ride nicer than the General Altimax summer tires, although they are a bit louder.

With the snows on, your speedometer will read just a bit high. Not a problem but I'd probably buy 195/65 after these wear out.

@JimBlake "With the snows on, your speedometer will read just a bit high."

I thought the the 195 (7.677") vs 185 (7.283")on the tire, was the width, not the sidewall height. and the tire diameter (sidewall) and wheel size was the same, therefore no difference in circumference and speedometer reading.

Is there a drawing around to decode the tire sizes.?

185 or 195 is the width, but the "/65" indicates the section height in percentage of width. So 185/65 is a bit narrower and a bit less tall vs. the 195/65.
