Default spindle/brake change? 4 to 5 lug

I have a 2000 accord ex 5-speed. At least 3 sets of very nice rims and tires have trotted under my nose at unbelievable prices. Why didnt i get them you may ask? they were all 5x114.3 lug patterns. Just wondering if anyone had experience doing a swap of what i am thinking or had any thoughts on the matter. I have just thought about upgrading my car, but I love it and cant let it go just to get some different rims.....

You'll want 5-lug hubs from a 98-02 V-6 Accord. Then you'll need brake rotors with 5 holes for the lugs. Rear hubs are easy swap.

Pressing out the front hubs will often destroy the wheel bearings. So be prepared for that.

Then you'll have to figure out if you need new calipers and/or caliper bracket - check whether the 5-bolt brake rotors are the same size as your existing 4-bolt rotors. Maybe you can figure that out by comparing part numbers someplace like hondapartsnow dot com?
