No need to say anything, just have a look (Yes, I'm providing a direct link, contrary to forum rules. Moderators please delete at will.):

I have two questions about these tires.
1. How smooth a ride do they give after hitting an object like the one in one of those photos?
2. How do they perform at minus 40?

that looks all find and good for every day driving. I would be worried about the weight, tire profiles, how sticky of a tire they can make air less and life span of the tires. Also I really hope they come with side walls...cus that would look just terrible the way they are shown in the pics. I'm assuming they did that so show how they flex and the design of the tires

I don't think they're ugly, but can you imagine the road crap that's might accumulate in there during the winter? Speaking of which, what happens when a bunch of wet slush gets packed in there and then freezes solid? Ouch!! I think that some kind of breathable fabric (goretex, etc.) on both sides of the wheel might be called for in order to prevent that accumulation. How it would be attached near the edge of the rubber of the tire is anyone's guess, but it would have to be very tenacious and very, very tough, that's for sure.

I've seen pictures of those about a year ago. Didn't seem very close to being publicly available at that time.
I think they look cool, but pack em with ice & snow and that would be bad.
They are already bonding (co-molding?) several different types of plastic & rubber together, so attaching a fabric or rubber sidewall should be possible as well.
The rules say no links to SELLING sites - I don't see where that one is really selling anything. It's got some SAAB stuff too!
